Engineers Training Program – Course Outline
The curriculum of the three-month long Engineers’ Training Program is built on the building blocks of success – Knowledge, Skills and Attitude.
During the three months, 400 hours of classroom training is imparted on the various disciplines that cover every element in the Skillment Engineers’ Competency Matrix through a project-centric approach. The trainees are given exposure to various practical aspects of three real-life projects. 280 hours are devoted to technical training that cover various dimensions of the project execution management ranging from scheduling to reading project drawings to financial sensitivity.
